The last few days of winter has been one of the coldest I’ve experienced, so I’ve been happily snuggled up, eating lots of yummy warming foods and just enjoying and appreciating the last of the cold, wet and windy days.
Like everything in life the seasons are a natural and spontaneous change that happen and I really think nature has given as a great gift with the changing of seasons, they get us ready for us to flow naturally forward. In Australia we are moving into Spring whereas up North, you guys are entering Fall. With this in mind I came up with my own version of an Autumn/Fall pattern.
