Hello lovelies,

Have you found October has really flown by?

The excitement my two nephews bring to celebrating  Halloween has been irresistible and I’m busy preparing and sewing up their Ninja Costumes.

I know this year there won’t be any trick a treat as they’ve known as most councils (regions) around where I live have banned this and I can understand the reasoning behind it but it doesn’t stop me from being a little sad about it all.

I still have to break the news to them. In the meantime I’m frantically searching for an activity/ties that we can do instead. Wish me luck!

This month I’ve also been busy preparing my 2021 calendars and I’m still knee deep in putting it all together.  I had many false starts with the calendar which took me some time to settle with the final theme and the reason I find myself working that much harder to get everything finalised.

October is the month for all things Halloween but this year I couldn’t bring myself to make a Halloween wallpaper calendar so instead I painted an extremely vibrant floral watercolour and gouache calendar filled with bright pinks, oranges and blues.

Not sure why I did this it just feels right, at this time.

I’ve found that I love mixing watercolour and gouache together when I paint and this is what I’ve used in Novembers’  bright florals wallpaper calendar.

I hope you enjoy using the calendar in your desktop, mobile phone or tablet as much as I do on mine.

If you end up downloading any of the bright and lush floral wallpaper calendar on your devices it’ll be great if you take a photo and share them with me! Tag @littl_crow & I’ll be sure to re-post it on my Instagram stories.
